Since our start in 1975 we strive for total customer satisfaction. We provide expertise to answer any fabrication questions, run 24 hour operations to meet customer delivery requirements, and maintain strict machine tool standards in all welding operations. With capability to fabricate weldments in excess of 100,000 pounds and 1000 ton straightening capacity almost no job is too large and we can take full responsibility for your job from material procurement to machining, painting, and delivery.

In response to market demand and requirements to streamline operations for larger projects, Merrill Fabricators is consolidating work from three plants into one plant. We are in progress of moving our business into the new plant and are starting to assign projects to fill the 200,000 square feet available.
